About me

Hello, my name is Natalia, and I’m a professional chef born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I graduated from culinary school and have combined more than a decade of experience working on international cuisine with celebrity chefs in different restaurants and events in Puerto Rico, Nevada, and California. I wanted to create a spot for chronic foodies like me who are passionate about food and enjoy experimenting in the tastiest laboratory, the kitchen. Here, I will share a little bit of my knowledge in restaurant-quality recipes, infused cooking, traditional food, cooking techniques, and more so anyone interested can master the art of cooking delicious food at home.
